the blue tape around it is painter's tape.
If you tape watercoloring paper against a flat surface, such as an empty canvas (which I did) then after you paint the water color, and once it dries, the paper won't wrinkle up as it usually does. ouo neat trick eh? x3
The paper is completely flat as when I first taped it on the board. <3 yay for magic painting tricks~ ))

I think I might, but I'm not sure. I really wanna edit it on the computer or something but I don't know how. I think once I'm done outlining it I'll scan it then maybe color it... Not sure.
