Hey guys!
I'll be taking another little break, (as you can tell, I haven't been on for a bit)
Well, since March, I've been in the Musical called We Will Rock You. And the show is on the 12th and 13th. Not to mention new bands started and I literally have 3 birthday parties this week.
So for the next two weeks, I'll prolly be really scarce just because everything is sooo hecktick!

"James!"
James turned, his foot almost out the door. He sighed heavily. Couldn't he just go out the door without being bothered?
"Yes?" James turned, impatient to get out the door.
"You have to go back, the teacher needs you!"
James sighed, and rolled his eyes. "Just tell him I'll help him later." it was a rare time for him to show he was angry. The girl sensed it, and stepped back a bit. 
"O-okay," she blinked, still looking at James.
"Is that all?" James glanced at his watch. "I have to go now."
Without another word he turned on his heel and walked away.
Time to meet Sol.
"Romanov!" a sharp voice followed him. "Come back right now."
"I'll take a rain check!" James threw behind him and wih a grim expression on his face, pushed the front double doors open.
"James Romanov!"
The double doors shut behind James with a big slam. Groups meeting for lunch in the front courtyard turned their heads. James didn't pay attention. He spotted a pretty girl with a fluttery white skirt and pretty pink top. The fact? James hated pink. The truth? It looked amazing on Sol. He walked towards her, a small smile growing on his face. "Are you lost, miss?" he asked her once she was within earshot.

((-poof- lunchtime. I dunno when I'll be back..))

Sol turned and smiled brightly when she saw James. "Yes, I have lost my escort today." She said, acting distressed. "Have you seen him? He was supposed to walk with me to lunch." she cracked a smile as she looked up at James. "You seemed a bit stressed when you walked out the door." she commented.
She smiled, her hand in her pocket fiddling with her pink phone out of pure nervousness. She was going to lunch with James. Alone. Like... on a date. She wished she could say her heart pounded in her chest, and if she were human right now things would probably be ten times easier for her. Though, she was kind of glad that she was a vampire, otherwise she'd be an old 70-year-old woman right now, and there was no way she would have met James.
Sol rocked back and forth on her feet, her clean pink converse looking like brand new. Everything about Sol seemed fresh and new on her. The skirt was so clean it was pure white without a speck of dirt on it. Her shirt was a lovely pink, the colors not having faded a bit. Her jewelry was still shiny and sparkly as if she had bought it that day. Sol always kept her things nice, neat, and clean.
there wasn't a day she'd go home and make sure it was still use-able. Since she wasn't at all wealthy as a child, she cherished everything she was given, even that bracelet Jamie had made her. She messed with it on her wrist. She couldn't believe she was moving on without taking the bracelet off. She still loved the bracelet- it being the most beautiful thing she had ever seen so far - but she was moving on.

Class was boring. Everything seemed to blend together as Aimee carefully answered the questions on her test. It was completely silent except for the faint scribble of graphite against newly printed tests, and the squeak of an eraser as a classmate erased vigorously. Aimee was careful. She took her time to read her questions over twice before she answered, no matter what it was. She had studied hard for this test, as well as every other test they had this week. She had completed all homework on time, and so far, there were straight 100's on each paper. She wanted to get a GPA of 4.0. She wanted to be perfect so that Quill couldn't resist. Now that she was actually trying with her work, she cranked out pieces of work so fine that each got a perfect mark. However, Aimee didn't cease to write stories in class, or to read her books instead or pay attention. She worked at home instead. She leaned from the books and from notes about her subjects. It had been two weeks since she first started this, and she was pleased with her results. 
At the moment, Aimee finished her math test and set it in the box to be graded. The teacher looked at her student as the girl stood. "Aimee." she said. Aimee looked at her teacher before walking over. "yes?" her voice was hushed. "the principal wants to see you." her teacher stated. Many heads jerked up, as if they had heard right. Aimee visibly paled at the words. "y-you're sure?" she stammered. The teacher nodded once. "yes. Now go." Aimee nodded slowly and stood up straight. She ignored the stares she was getting and she went to the front office. As she was walking down the hall, she wondered what she was in trouble for? What had she done? When nothing came to mind, Aimee panicked. What if something bad had happened to her brother?! Her footsteps quickened and she was in the office soon enough. 
Sitting in the chair in front of the principal's desk, she looked on, her heart pounding. "you wanted to see me?" her voice was weaker than she would have liked it to be. The principal glance up from a referral he was writing and smiled at Aimee. "don't look so frightened." he said with a laugh. Aimee relaxed at his words. So it couldn't be anything bad. "I just wanted to talk to you about these grades." Aimee looked at him curiously as he showed her a progress report from all her classes. "I have only seen one other progress report like that." he said, leaning back in his chair as Aimee stared at her grades straight hundreds, all the way down for each and every class. Quill. Was the first person that came to her mind. She smiled. His was the only other progress report like this. He was the whole reason she had a progress report so amazing as this. She finally had someone that she could look up to, or try to make proud. Her mother was gone, so her mother couldn't be proud. Her father was absorbed in work, as was her brother. She wanted to make Quill like her and be proud to say 'Aimee lastel is my girlfriend.' of course, she wasn't his girlfriend yet... If ever. So he could just be proud to say she was his friend. That's what she wanted and that's why she had perfect grades. 
"no one has ever gone from a straight 90% grade to straight 100% in such a short amount of time. This helps the school, so I want you to keep it up." he said with a smile. Aimee nodded her head and flashed a smile back. "of course." she said, breathless. She was so happy. She couldn't wait to show Quill. She hoped he'd be proud of her. She folded the progress report up. "now go back to class." the principal said and Aimee stood. "thank you so much." she said excitedly before exiting. Walking down the empty hallways, she looked down at the progress report folded in her hands. James would be proud too. Her 'big brother' would be proud of her. She folded it one more time and slid it into her pocket. 
Quite suddenly, the memory of her telling Quill she loved him in French rushed back. She smiled to herself as she thought about it. Hopefully he took her words to heart and was trying to figure it out on his own, without help from any other student or teacher. 
Aimee got back to class just in time for the bell to ring. She gathered her things and went straight to drama class. She wasn't the best actress in the world, but pretending to be a character was the kind of inspiration she needed for her stories. She entered the auditorium and looked around before taking a seat in the second row to the stage. The class had only about 10 actual people who signed up to act. She was one of them. Aimee watched as a boy took a seat next to her. She knew his name by now, Mitchell. He was a very gentlemanly like boy, and he lived to act apparently. The teacher had told them last class that she would be passing out roles for the students to memorize, for they were going to preform their first play in front of the entire school. As the students entered, she handed each a script. She gave Aimee and Mitchell one as well, then proceeded on to hand out the rest. 
"I get to be Lucian... The prince." mitchell laughed as he looked through his script. He skimmed through it, and Aimee looked at her's. Her name was written nicely at the top of the script, her parts highlighted in yellow sharpie highlighter. Aimee looked at her character's name. "woah, this is a romance. I knew mrs. Claire was a romance addict but I didn't think shed make us learn this stuff." he said. "I'm supposed to kiss princess Stephanie, a princess from a neighboring kingdom." he read. "I wonder who that is?" Aimee's cheeks reddened. "I am." she whispered. 
Mitchell turned his eyes on Aimee and he blushed. "oh..." he looked back at his script, seeming more nervous than seemed physically possible. Aimee's insides were a mess. She couldn't kiss mitchell! She hadn't even had her first kiss yet! On top of that, she was saving it for Quill. AND. If she told Quill this, what would he think? He might think she didn't like him, then he would go on and date what's her face again. Aimee didn't want this part. She wished for it to change, but mrs. Claire's word was final. Plus this character obviously was supposed to speak French. Why didn't she sign up for something easier like art? 
Aimee closed her eyes. So much for her good day.
