Quill wanted nothing more than to go home punch and kick some things and go to bed like today didn't happen. But of coarse he was Quill and things never went his way.
You started it you shouldn't of punched Micheal.

Turning around to see who it was this time Quill's heart skipped a beat even though Aimee had a companion there was a certain aura around her that made it like she was the only person he saw. Then he remembered her and her perfect hair, and eyes and all around goodness got him in all this and his facade dropped considerably. What was he supposed to tell her that he punched a guy because he was pig and it was time that the damn world knew it. No he wouldn't. "Ah Aimee, hey." He said stopping so that her and Nerine could catch up to him. He had a faint guess at to who Nerine was but while being all honest with himself, to him she didn't matter at the moment. But then again nothing very much did at the moment.

As Aimee approached Quill, something came over her. If you were in Quill's shoes, it could probably be expected for Aimee to come up to you and ask why the heck you punched Michael in the jaw, but instead, she said something entirely different. "Are you okay? How much trouble are you in?" Worried about him. She was worried about him right after he made Michael bleed.
Aimee was concerned about Quill, and though she really did want to know why he punched michael, she still felt like Quill came first. For a few moments she forgot entirely about Nerine, then she remembered a few moments after her questions had slipped out of her mouth. "Oh, and this is Nerine." She gestured to Nerine. "And Nerine this is Quill. Quill, Nerine is another partner of our's." she said, a small smile coming over her face.
Even though she was still worried and confused, she wasn't about to forget her manners. She had to introduce Nerine so that they'd be on the same page. Aimee brushed some of her hair out of her face, thinking. She did it with the hand that had the headband twisted around her wrist. Maybe there was something wrong with Michael that she didn't know about.
Maybe Michael had done something to Quill earlier, and this was just the after effect because Michael had gone too far? Quill was way to good to have done that spontaneously.

Quill was taken back, "I'm fine can't play in the game today though. Micheal's jaw isn't broken his tooth just tore up some of the flesh in his mouth he should be a little bruised." Amazing simply amazing there was a blooded guy off in a hospital unexplained reasons as to why he'd been the one to hurt that guy and here she was asking if he was alright.
"It's starting to become quiet a crowd," he smirked at Nerine holding out his hand to shake hers. Happy that Nerine might be a change of subject. He didn't want to tell Aimee why he'd punched Micheal. Even if he could play it off as the nice because she's his friend lie, it was just awkward to talk about a fight that almost happened over a girl to that girl...

Nerine was watching these two carefully and she had to hold back a nasty smirk. She could see that these two were obviously in love with each other and Nerine had to stop herself from grabbing their heads and clonking them together. Oh yay. Another partner. she thought dryly and nodded towards Quill in greeting politely. She didn't really have much to say other than Okay, I said hi and all, can I go now? But that would have been rather rude, so she held her tongue. She wanted to leave, not only to leave these two alone but also to spend her day wandering around like usual.

And she had homework.

"I suppose." Nerine shrugged, taking Quill's hand and shaking it, smiling a little, but the smile vanished as soon as it was there.

Aimee was slightly disappointed when Quill didn't mention at all why he had punched Michael. "That's good, at least you weren't kicked off." she said. Aimee figured that if he wanted to tell her why, he would have. "Just curious, though, since you punched Michael..." she paused, "Should I stay away from him? I barely know him..." she said. Since she barely knew him, and Quill obviously knew him well, she figured that since Quill had punched Michael, there was something bad about him in the first place.
Aimee smiled when Nerine and Quill shook hands, and she looked at Nerine. The girl wanted to go home, obviously. It was written all over her face. Aimee didn't want to dismiss Nerine like some arrogant queen or something. It suddenly occured to her that she was still in the cheer uniform. She figured that the girls wouldn't mind if she took it home or something.
"We should hang out together, and when James gets back, from wherever he is, you can meet him too." Aimee said to Nerine. As soon as she said that, she remembered what she had said to Nerine and looked at Quill. Should she ask him now? For some reason, she wanted to ask him but when she thought of the words she got a few butterflies in her stomach. "I was thinking, this weekend, would you like to come with me to my grandparent's beach house?" Aimee asked, looking at Quill.
"I was going to invite you, James, and I invited Nerine already." Aimee smiled, "Maybe if I ask James, he can even drive us there." she said, "My grandparents are in thailand and I don't think they'll mind if I borrow the beachhouse for a short weekend vacation." she said.

Nerine shrugged. "Sure." she replied. You're probably going to have to drag me along though. she thought dryly. She frowned when Aimee said 'James' and suddenly screw going back to the so-called home. "Wait, there's more of us?" she raised an eyebrow. How many were there? By 'us' she obviously meant vampire hunters, but of course any human that would have passed by at the moment wouldn't understand.

She was well aware that at this moment, her face was portraying emotions as easily as you would flick a switch on. Nerine immediately reverted it to her trademark blank look and her face became devoid of any emotion, but her eyes of course couldn't erase any emotion. That skill was way ahead of her. Her eyes at the moment, were glinting with some emotion strange to Nerine herself. Was it excitement? Was it disdain? She didn't know. Stupid chaotic crappy emotions. Stop being so skeptical. she thought sternly to herself.

But she couldn't stop herself from being a skeptic- it was her nature.
