I finally colored the drawing of Quill and Aimee. What do you think? I've never colored anything on the computer before so if it's bad you have to forgive me. Haha.

Sorry I haven't been on. I had exams and all that crap. >< I'll try to get Lionel's reply up ASAP.

Lionel sighed unhappily and turned his head away from her, staring out the window. He could already see the look on her face, demanding an explanation. What was he supposed to tell her? No, actually the question was what was he supposed to tell her? What had made Rune force himself to babysit Kolian each day? He knew Rune; Rune would always step himself into Lionel's shoes should Lionel slip out of them. He didn't know why; Rune was mysterious like that. Before he could stop himself, he was already speaking. She deserved an explanation about why he hadn't been by her side all week.

"I'm sorry that I haven't been by your side." Lionel said quietly. "I needed a break. I've been taking day trips to San Francisco and coming back late at night. I've been visiting Wren and Sable too; they live there. It appears that attacks have been happening there too. I couldn't stay by your side when you were comatose because I couldn't bear to look at you like a vegetable. It set me off on a rampage, I think or that's what Rune had told me. It's like watching my family die over again." he was babbling now and he knew it. He stopped for a while and repeated "I'm sorry."

When Clara reached her room she pulled out a suitcase from under her bed. She set it down on top of the bed and opened it. Inside were many old drawing books and paintings. Some were on the wall behind her bed and there were a couple on the nightstand next to the bed.
"They still need improvement," she whispered.

"Ughh..." James jerked awake at the sound of the blaring music. He hated that song ((In reality, I love that song XDDD)). It was so lovey dovey typical. Why did he even tune his alarm to that radio station? Because they talk constantly and talking in the morning is the one thing that would wake him up. Right then... James reached over and yanked the blinds open, letting a ray of fresh early morning sunlight splash across the room. Awww...that hurt. James covered his eyes with his other hand and groaned. Why did he need to get up so early? Exorcise. Right....
James got out of bed. It was hot outside so he never bothered with warm pajamas. Just basketball shorts was fine. He walked down stairs, not really expecting anyone to be there and walked silently into the kitchen. He fished the cereal, milk and juice and fruit out of the cupboards and refrigerator. Slicing up the strawberries and peaches, he put them in his cereal and poured juice into a glass. James padded out to the deck and sat back to watch the sunrise. There was already a soft cool breeze to ruffle his hair, and James closed his eyes. Meh. They were going home soon, and James didn't want to leave. It was so peaceful here. He would have to convince Aimee to bring them here again soon.
Sol... James smiled. That was probably the only upside to going home. He missed her. Her smile, her scent, the way she blushed. He laughed, and soon was enveloped in his thoughts. It wasn't long before he finished his cereal and put his dishes in the sink. Time for a run, then shower.
When he got back from his run, James took a quick shower. Walking back into his room to change, he wondered if anyone else was up. He looked at his watch. 9:00 am.

Kolian laid there and listened to Lionel. She was glad he had a real good excuse. She didn't blame him if he didn't want to see her like how she was. She wasn't probably the most amazing-looking thing while she was dead. She looked over at him and it really hurt, but she lifted her arm and took his hand. Her grip was faint but it was there.
She held onto his hand as tight as she could without hurting herself and gave it a light and gentle squeeze to show she understood, and that she forgave him. She didn't want to move her hand anymore for fear of the pain, so she let her hand rest in his.
His skin was soft and it felt nice with her hand in his. She closed her eyes and let the soft tingly sensation run from her hand up through her arm and faintly through her body. She smiled a little to herself. She really did love him very much. She wasn't mad at him, but she did kind of wish he had been there for her. Even so, she did have Rune, and he was sweet enough to look after her.

Callum blinked a bit and quickly followed Clara. He could tell she didn't care if he had stayed back, but he wanted to follow anyway. He came up behind her in her room and it didn't take much to 'peek over her shoulder'. He looked at her drawings and his eyebrows rose, impressed.
"They're great. Better than the last time i saw... you're improving and... wow" he laughed softly, clearly pleased. He was proud of Clara. He looked at the drawings then around her room at the ones tacked onto the walls and such.
